Extremely clean rooms and very good service. The accommodation was really central, food was amazing. Kirt his service was immaculate and made our stay a lot better. Will definitely come again

Inchecken was vanaf 14:00, maar we waren er om 12 uur, en konden de kamer al in. Parkeerkaart voor gratis parkeren achter het hotel. Ontbijt ook heel erg goed en een lekkere spa. Kamer was erg ruim en de badkamer ook, en heel netjes. Echt een aanrader!

Ik heb eigenlijk niet gelet of ik een kamer upgrade heb gekregen. Dus kan daar eigenlijk niets over zeggen. De kamers waren goed en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Fijn hotel!

In front of bus stop 13 for airport transfer and tours. Several restaurants nearby. Very clean and modern. Good buffet breakfast but it would have been nice to have coffee available outside of the breakfast hours. We got locked out of our safe but the front desk staff responded immediately and fixed the issue. We paid for the spa upgrade and enjoyed the hot tubs, but the gym was rather small and dark being in the basement.

I must say this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was convenient for food shopping and transportation. We were able to walk to many of the locations i. Reykjavík.

I like how the house keepers were very good at their job. Always clean after my trials trough Iceland. The staff were very nice, breakfast was pretty good. Different but very good.

My partner and I stayed in Reykjavik for five nights at the Midgardur Center hotel - this place is excellent! The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and having breakfast included in the cost of your stay is a big plus since food in Iceland can get pricey. The spa downstairs is a lovely perk and we both found it very clean with fresh towels, bathrobes, and slippers available. Last, the midgardur hotel is in a super walkable part of the city. You’re two short blocks from a bus stop and a five to ten minute walk from rainbow street, shopping, and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this stay!

The hotel was lovely, in a convenient location and the staff was very helpful. The only negative comment would be the bar area was a bit chilly which is the last thing you want after spending a day outside in the cold!

This hotel was in a perfect location as it is within easy distance to walk to the town center and main attractions in Reykjavik. Hotel was very modern and clean and rooms were comfortable. The tour bus and transfer bus right outside!

We really enjoyed our stay at Miðgarður. Our room was already ready, even though we arrived early directly from the airport, and they allowed us to check in without extra charges. The hotel is very well located, with shops and plenty of dining options around. We had a room for my husband, my son and myself and they had prepared my son’s bed and left everything ready very neatly. Room was very spacious! The spa was a wonderful added bonus, and the breakfast was great! Lots of options. We wanted to book a Northern Lights tour and they arranged that for us super quickly. And the transportation picks you up right outside of the hotel. Everybody that we interacted with at the hotel were super nice and friendly. Specially Flory who went above and beyond for us! The only kind of an issue is the parking, which really is understandable as they are in the city. They do offer some spots, but they fill up pretty quickly and there’s also people that are not guests at the hotel that use it, even though there are signs there that say they are only for hotel guests. But overall, great hotel and great service. We’re doing a ring-road road trip and will be staying here again on our way back and we’re looking forward to it. It’s an excellent hotel.

We selected this hotel for its location, It is one of the few hotels close to the main attractions in Reykjavik, that offer free parking. While the attractions are within walking distance you need to walk like 20 minutes to reach some of them. The staff at the hotel is friendly and offers good information about what to do in the area.
