Carya Residence with outdoor hot tub on the roof terrace

The 50 sq.m. house is located in the heart of Karoti Village and it was renovated in February 2020. When entering the house you can see the living room, with a 50'' flat-screen TV, a wood stove and a sofa which turns into a double bed. In the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen you can find all the necessary, in order to feel at "home". The dining area, can seats 4-6 people. There is a modern style bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a 32'' flat-screen TV and a big wardrobe. In the bathroom, there is a shower and a washing machine.

In different parts of the house, you can find elements of the traditional stone wall dating back to years ago, when the house was originally built.

Outside the house, where the entrance door is, there is a small, but comfortable, patio where you can find a coffee table with chairs. The staircase leads you to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi, and the sun while laying on the sunbeds, but you can also prepare a drink or a light meal on the kitchenette.

*The roof terrace as well as the Jacuzzi, are only for tenants' use. No one else has access there.

You need to leave the car merely 150 m. away from the property, on the main road, and you only need to walk through the traditional village path, in order to reach the house.
There are signs on the way, which drive you to the property.

Please, keep in mind that there are A/C units in the house that you can use for heating or cooling. There is also a wood stove that you can use during the winter, but you should ask the owner upon arrival to provide you with wood at an additional cost.

The area surrounding the house is ideal for walks and bike rides in the countryside, and also affords very easy access to the major sites Crete has to offer ( about 4 km to National Road).
