Breakfast is limited for Western custom (mainly rice etc) If you want a taxi you need the Uber/Kakao app. Reception doesn’t call a taxi for you. Good room with facilities. 'I visited this hotel two months ago, but I came back. Last time, it was a bit chaotic because it was newly opened, but now it's a stable atmosphere? A staff member who was still friendly welcomed me. Having a staff member who can speak Japanese is a great advantage. They also ran a free breakfast. I didn't eat and just looked around, but it looked delicious. Coffee is free, too. Washing machines and dryers are also free if you just buy detergent. I feel this every time, but Dongdaemun at night...

'広蔵市場が近くと鍾路3街へも徒歩圏内でアクセスがいいです。ホテルは家族4人でジュニアスイートの部屋を利用しました。設備は普通ですが部屋が広いのが良かったです。 人気ドーナツのクァベギィも近く、その向かいにあるトースト屋台もおすすめです。 常駐してるかは分かりませんが、日本語を話せるスタッフもいてチェックインもスムーズでした。次回に韓国行っても利用したいと思うホテルでした。'

'Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice. '

'The hotel in Hanok style is very clean and comfortable. Spacious and bright, the rooms are small but clean and efficient. The shared bathrooms and shower rooms are clean. The breakfast is very delicious, healthy and the many differences during my 6-night stay. The only negative comment is the air conditioning, it makes a lot of sound. The hotel takes care of it if you ask them to take it off. But one night the airco kept running so I had a bad night.'

'The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The room isn't large, but everything is there. We had a pleasant stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working; the temperature remained at 25 degrees Celsius (outside of a heatwave). After reporting it, it was fixed within 10 minutes. What could be improved is the breakfast arrangement: an illogical order creates unnecessary delays. The coffee corner is also illogical and is right next to a breakfast table.'
