'Great hotel relatively close to the airport! Nice, well lit parking lot and rooms appear to have been recently updated. Only stayed one night, but the onsite laundry worked great and was perfect for what we needed. '

'When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. My wife and I have been staying there exclusively though every time we come to fort Worth since 2024 so I paid it. When I got in the room I had a text waiting...

'Nobody at the counter upon arrival, while all was paid still asked some money for some shady taxes. After discussion dropped it. Room was not very clean, beds were horrible. Toilet was clogged on top of all that. Ran away as early as possible in the morning!'

'The food area was extremely dirty and never cleaned for our entire stay! Food quality was poor. Exposed electrical wires were seen in a food warmer. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The side door fire exit was not operable. I have pictures of the food area I planned on sending to the health department! '

'The mini fridge in the room didn't work and last night had police at the hotel for a issue for a couple of hours which made it uncomfortable and was going to extend my stay but they wanted around 20 dollars more than what i had paid at original check in the hotel is not a 60 or 70 a night hotel more on the line of 40 to 50 a night the say direct tv my room didnt have many channels i can get more on a regular antenna '
