Appartementenresorts in Rio Bravo Conservation Area

'A True Gem of a Motel – Feels Like Home! If you are looking for a place that combines classic, nostalgic charm, this is it. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel like family. The room was spotlessly clean, exceptionally cozy, and full of thoughtful details that you just don't get at big corporate chain hotels. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt warm and welcoming. It has that true hometown hospitality that is so hard to find these days. I honestly didn't want to...

'The setting in the mountains is beautiful, and the place has a fun, rustic atmosphere. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The listing advertises air conditioning, but it’s important to understand that the rooms are screened in, so the AC does not cool the entire room. You can only really feel it when you’re lying in bed with the curtains closed. Also, the air blows directly onto your face, and there’s no way to adjust the airflow. I actually had to sleep with my head...

'Nice place!'

'Great location with excellent staff'

'The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.'

'Air conditioning worked well and we needed it. Kitchen is good with microwave, toaster oven and good sized refrigerator. Protected parking area was good to have.'

'If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. '

'The managers and staff were amazing. The property is a tropical wonderland. Great escape.'

'The place is absolutely perfect and beautiful The whole experience is exceptional.. The ground keeper was very helpful and knowledgeable..'

'Our stay at Howler House was just as we imagined it could be. The hosts were absolutely amazing and quick with responses. Shanna picked us up from the water taxi, arranged our excursions, and was so helpful with any questions we had about the area. Kenny was there daily cleaning the pool or the yard. They both were so easy to talk to and really enjoyed spending time with them. The monkeys were all around and there was 2 babies that were very curious and came quite close. A wonderful...
