'Qwantani is a beautiful oasis in the mountains with a variety of activities to help you explore and connect with the land. The accommodations are simple but comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A lovely pool to cool off in. The location is stunning, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and dam. The only catch is you have to drive about 30-40 minutes on a dirt road with potholes to get there! But completely worth the drive!!'

'Definitely the staff - Brendon & Mthoko who made our trip unforgettable. We loved the ‘tent’ with a v comfortable bed and outstanding views. Both the guided walk and Game Drive taught us a lot and can highly recommend. The meals were excellent - delicious and beautifully presented. We were sad to leave!'

'We really loved our stay at Ledges Retreat, the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. Royal Natal is really closeby to go for a hike. The room was nicely decorated and modern with a big bathroom. Everyone was really friendly and the dogs were a bonus ;-) Definitely one of our favourite places during our 3 week trip!'
