'The hotel was very clean and offered a "welcome party" between 5-7:00pm with free wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. I have NEVER seen that done before. Nice touch. I put a note on my reservation requesting a room that wouldn't be too far to walk because my husband was recuperating from knee replacement surgery and they gave us a great room; very close to everything. Nice place near the airport. It served our purpose for an early morning flight.'

'We used the washer and dryer this trip, and had to run the dryer twice to get clothes dry. The next day the maintenance cleaned the lent tub that he said was clogged and returned the money for the cost of running it twice! '

'Enclosed and special property with Gazebo Bar, patios, outdoor fireplaces, rocking chairs, and a delicious restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Love the vibe, decor and friendly helpful staff. Safe and clean which is of course expected. Walking distance to everything but on the edge of Historic Wilmington, just blocks from the river/ riverwalk. Would recommend to anyone visiting Wilmington. Has to be the best place in town! '

'Prima hotel, wel verkeerde kamer eerste nacht maar was snel rechtgezet. Bij schoonmaak werd bed niet opgemaakt en dat was jammer. Ontbijt redelijk, beste was dat je eieren naar wens kon bestellen. '

'Fairfield Inn in Wilmington NC was a nice stay- great staff and room was clean. They had a nice variety for breakfast as well. Property could use some updating. I would stay there again. '
