'Booked this facility for a spring weekend. The room did not have functioning AC. The bed was old terrible and floor was dirty. We were moved the second day to an other room but only compensated for a miserable sleepless night, with a coupon for a lunch in their 3 star restaurant, which was out of several items on the menu. 'Nicole was very helpful when fixing our keys when they wouldn’t work! Any time she would see us out and about she would ask if we needed anything! Very polite and courteous! Would stay here again! It was an awesome to have a place for our service animal to go and hang out! (as well as others who have pets) very pet accommodating! '

'Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice and modern, with hardwood floors, definitely a big improvement over grungy carpet. Bed was very comf, and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was good, nothing special but definitely substantial enough to start off your day. All around good experience, would definitely stay again when in the area.'

'The room is clean, but the soundproofing is very poor—you can hear people chatting in the next room very clearly. Those who have trouble sleeping should be especially aware that the refrigerator is very loud. Since it’s a freezer model, there’s a loud gushing sound every ten or so seconds. Even if you unplug the refrigerator, the noise won’t stop immediately; it won’t stop until the freezer compartment returns to room temperature.'

'The hotel is a little challenging to pull into off of Carolina Beach Road, but the property itself is clean and comfortable. There is a communal microwave that is not listed in the property description, so don't let that discourage you from getting leftovers to heat up.'
