We had a premium suite which was nice but I’m not sure what the difference was in comparison to the others as they had the same square footage. 'Nicole was very helpful when fixing our keys when they wouldn’t work! Any time she would see us out and about she would ask if we needed anything! Very polite and courteous! Would stay here again! 'Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. '

'Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice and modern, with hardwood floors, definitely a big improvement over grungy carpet. Bed was very comf, and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was good, nothing special but definitely substantial enough to start off your day. All around good experience, would definitely stay again when in the area.'

'The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.'

'This is not a place for a service dog as they didn’t relay that we brought ours and I was getting messages about mine the entire time not to mention the cleaners constantly complained about him to the front staff every few mins. We couldn’t take him to the beach due to over heating so I let them know I would be leaving him in the room while we went and I got messages multiple times of them complaining.
