'Our first trip to San Antonio, Texas, to attend our great-grandson’s Air Force graduation, we stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch. Our stay was outstanding; all staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better 5 day visit. Thank you for all you do. 'The room was clean and of good size for our family. The sofa and trundle were useful with the queen beds and our teen kids, and accommodated our 6’4” 14 year old comfortably. The hotel was clean, and the staff were nice. Breakfast had lots of options. It was a great experience.'

'Check-in and check-out processes were both very easy. The room was larger than anticipated, fully stocked, and clean. Our air conditioner didn't work initially and the front desk staff actually called back to make sure we had it functioning. Overall, a very nice stay. '
