'The staff were very helpful and communication was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was served to our cabin which was a nice touch. Once you are in the resort it is so calm and beautidul. I would recommentd this place '

'Basic hotel. OK for the price paid.. Big plus was its very central location one block away from plaza de armas. No hot water for showers.. They advertised free breakfast but staff don't know anything about it and no breakfast was available. '

'The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. '

'We arrived on an early flight, and got to the hotel at 6 AM. We were very tired. They gave us an early check-in in: no extra cost, and no questions asked! When you've been traveling intentionally for two days, this is a huge bonus.'
