'Bukela is a beautiful stay, facilities are great, friendly staff and our ranger (Sim) was very knowledgeable. Foodwise is really below average, just not good especially for a 5* resort. It felt like diner was prepared during the day and heated up in the evening, just not fresh. Breakfast was really poor. Only meal that was good was the lunch. No snacks during the day. Due to this matter i will not likely to visit Bukela again nor reconmend to anyone which is regretful as the staff and facilities...

'Fantastic camp. The only thing I can complain about is the lunch and dinner. I would appreciate more African food. It was not so much taste and mediocre. We have experienced so much good food on the our trip so we had high expectations on the food here as well. '

A beautiful lodge with comfortable air con and tranquility (and yes a few necessary spiders) but providing the most incredible authentic experience of the wildlife, animals, birds, flora and fauna of this game reserve. 'We had a fantastic 3 days at Addo River-View Lodge. Our hostess, Leanne, was fabulous and very helpful and informative. The proximity of the location to Addo Elephant Park was ideal and we booked a guided full day tour there. We also enjoyed a sunset boat trip on the Sundays River and climbed the sand dunes. The local restaurant, Taste of Africa, was excellent and less than a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.'

'Leuke plek ver weg van alle drukte. Gastvrouw is fantastisch en zo ook het eten. Verwacht geen hotel, het is een farm house.'

'From check-in to checkout our experience was first class. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The property is very quiet and comes with a private dock on the river. We definitely recommend staying here. '

'Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...
