'Windsor Lodge Is a cosy hotel right next to the Ranikhet Golf course .The positives are large , well appointed rooms , excellent service , view of the Himalayas in winter . Rooms have air conditioning which is rare in Ranikhet and useful in the day in summer months . Ideal location for long walks and relaxing . The only negative is high food prices though I must add the food is really good'

The authenticity, simplicity, quality and serendipity of the hotel and its location overlooking the Ramgarh valley defines our stay for 3 nights here. We were taken special care by the staff and the breakfast deck amidst the light cold breeze and winter sun light was an awesome experience. Food was very homely and very tasty at the same time. '
