The Sea View Apartment is located on the second floor and offers 27 m² of space. Completely renovated and furnished at the end of 2025, it boasts stunning views of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea from both the apartment and the balcony. The balcony is equipped with high-back chairs and a sunshade. The living/sleeping area features a fold-out sofa bed with a comfortable, sprung cold foam mattress (1.7 x 2.0 m). The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, separate oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and carefully selected crockery.



Additional amenities include a smart TV, radio with Bluetooth and USB charging port, reading lamp for book lovers, a selection of books, a large wardrobe in the hallway, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. A sliding insect screen door is installed in front of the balcony door. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. You can store your bicycles in the bike cellar.
