The house is nestled in a splendid courtyard, planted with trees, sunny and quiet.
With a total surface area of 90m², it is arranged in this way.
On the ground floor: a living room, an equipped kitchen and a water point (sink and separate toilet)
On the first floor: a landing with office leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet, sink and rain shower)
On the top floor: a bedroom adjoining an open and spacious bathroom (toilet, sink and rain shower)

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people thanks to 3 double beds (140 cm).

It is fully equipped and equipped so that you only have to put your luggage down. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, free wifi connection, two Italian showers, two TVs, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

You will be greeted on site in a personalised manner by a person from the Cocoonr agency in Rennes who will present you with the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.
Sheets and towels of hotel quality 4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made upon your arrival. Cloths and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access

While staying at Cottage Livingstone, you are in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes: cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, Saint Pierre cathedral, rue de la Monnaie et du Chapitre, City Hall, Place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), Place Sainte Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is just next to the apartment. Perfectly renovated and maintained, the district is very pleasant and close to all shops, restaurants and bars, concert halls (opera, TNB, Liberté. . . ).

Buses and metro are 5 minutes walk away. Republic or Sainte-Anne station.
Star bike station 3 minutes away (place des Lices).
Public paid parking: parking des Lices. 25 euros per week (go to the guard with the entrance ticket in the car park and exchange for a weekly subscription).

The SNCF station in Rennes is accessible in less than 15 minutes by metro (2 stations).
