In this charming holiday home, you step directly into a bright and open living area that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining space. The cozy living room, featuring two comfortable sofas, is perfect for relaxed evenings with drinks or family movie nights. Large windows offer a lovely view of the garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.

The open kitchen, located between the living room and one of the bedrooms, is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, whether it’s a quick snack or a full dinner for six. It includes a hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle. The round dining table, seating six, provides an inviting space to enjoy meals with a clear view of the garden.

A small hallway behind the kitchen leads to the first bedroom on the ground floor. This room features a comfortable French-style double bed (140x200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe, and direct access to a private bathroom with a shower and sink. Upstairs, accessible via stairs in the living room, are two more unique bedrooms. One bedroom, with a south-facing covered balcony and seating area, has a larger double bed (180x200cm), while the other room, ideal for children, offers two separate beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and wardrobes, similar to the room downstairs.

The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, a second toilet, and a sink, providing everything needed to start or end your day feeling refreshed.

Outside, the 347m2 garden wraps around the house, offering sun and shade at any time of day. You can relax on the terrace under the shelter or soak up the sun on one of the two sunbeds. The outdoor dining set, with space for six, is perfect for enjoying meals or drinks in the fresh air.

For those bringing or renting bikes, there is secure covered storage, and with two parking spaces in front of the house, you’ll always have room for your car(s).

Please note that pets are not allowed in this home. For families with young children (up to 2 years old), a foldable travel cot (60x120cm) and high chair are available. So whether you want to sunbathe, swim, surf, or kite surf, it's all possible here. Just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find the Vroongronden, a unique nature area that invites you to explore by bike or on foot. With the diversity of flora and fauna and the chance to spot a seal on the sandbanks, this area is worth a visit. In Renesse, you will also find "Slot Moermond", an imposing castle with a rich history that dates back to the 13th century. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful estate: “Landgoed Moermond", which is freely accessible for a walk. Fancy a bite to eat? Renesse also has a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights. From cozy beach pavilions where you can enjoy fresh fish dishes with a view of the sea, to cozy bistros and restaurants in the center. There is a suitable dining venue for every taste and budget. Arrivals are allowed daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location.Baby cots, if available, do not come with bed linen, so please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are generally provided, but please check your booking details to confirm.Overnight guests must be registered in advance and may stay only with approval.
