'We had a very good vacation in this hotel with our one year old girl. While there are always small things to comment on, they have really gone the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. A couple of things to highlight: great facilities, close neighbourhood to restaurants and the high level of service. The fact that it’s a bit more far to the slopes is not a problem at all with their shuttle. '

'Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!'

'It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!'

'Friendly staff. Small, but nice room (1persoon with shower). No toilet in the room, but not a problem as it was right across the hall. Good bed, modern interior. A bit warm as you cannot open the window without also letting the sound from the road in. Great Thai food in the restaurant downstairs'

'la verdad todo muy bien, aunque al principio teníamos miedo por algunos comentarios leídos de la propiedad antes de esta nueva administración. eramos una familia de 4 personas y todo funcionó bien. a pasos del centro y cerca de todo. relación calidad precio excelente. quieres más cosas, ve a uno que cuesta el doble 😉'

'De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is hier extreem'

'The IBIS hotel in Chur is an 'OK' hotel. Considering the price (everything in Switzerland is expensive, of course), it is a pretty mediocre place to stay. Most annoying for us was the fact that there was not 1 suitable outlet in the room for my standard European plug.'
