Apartment in Villa a few hundred meters above sea level with cool and breezy summers.
The coast on which it overlooks, from Cefalù to Capo d’Orlando, offers enchanting sandy and pebbly beaches in a crystal clear sea. The neighboring area is rich in history and culture, including those within the Madonie Park:
The one proposed, called VULCANO, is one of the four independent apartments that make up the Holiday House "La Finestra sulle Eolie". Single room with large kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower, washing machine and private equipped terrace. The apartment has an air conditioner, S. ceramics Stefano di Camastra, private barbecue and beamed ceilings. Guests have access to common parts: the large equipped terrace (wi-fi zone) on the first level, right where this apartment overlooks, a barbecue area also equipped with a large rustic table and a solarium area. The apartment is furnished and equipped, has a fridge and induction plate. It is equipped with bed / bath / kitchen linen with weekly change (infra weekly on request),
Transfer on request from / to Palermo and Catania airport. Upon reservation, a chef will prepare local cuisine for guests.
It is possible to book the entire villa exclusively, which can accommodate 14 people in 4 separate and independent apartments.

Check-in can take place until 20:30 if the owner is notified by e-mail or text message. By agreement between the Guest and the owner, check-in can be made between 20:30 and 00:00 at a cost of € 25.00. After 00:00, in the absence of further agreements, NO PRESENCE will be considered.
Upon arrival, guests are asked to present a valid identity document

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES - if not included in the Homeaway proposal under "Total", those listed below must be paid by Sigg. Guests in cash and on arrival:

- final cleaning € 30.00
- Bed / bath / kitchen linen € 15.00 per person per week and / or on request;
- water consumption € 2.00 per day per person
