'On my arrival night, I had issues with navigating the train system which left me stranded at an alternate train station. I contacted the host. She in turn contacted a taxi driver that came from the neighboring city to pick me up from the train station and brought me to the property. I cannot thank Viviana enough for how she helped us so late in the evening and then she to ensure that we arrived and entered the property safely.
