Communication

For all requests, including emergencies, please contact us directly through the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly and call you if necessary.

House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
No Parties/Events: Any type of party or event is strictly forbidden.
Respect the Property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided. Any damage will be charged.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate sanctions.
Parties/Events: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrivals: Self-check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards only. Instructions are available on the guest portal after completing the registration form.

Departures: Departures must be completed before 11:00 AM at the latest. No extensions are possible due to previous abuse.

Check-out Procedure
Before your departure, please:

Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry.
Wash the dishes.
Take out the trash: Dispose of bags in the trash room on the ground floor.
Return the keys to the same location as upon arrival.

Identification and Security Deposit

We collect a form of identification for each guest before arrival.

A security deposit may be required. This will be refunded within 7 days after verification of the property.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.

We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
