'We excited for our stay, but we couldn't get air/heater to work, the table lamp didn't work. the carpet is looking pretty bad. for what the price of the room was we didn't feel that the accommodations were worth the price. your staff was very friendly and have no complaints everyone was great. the grounds were beautiful. 'Prima hotel. Dicht bij snelweg maar daar heb je geen last vast. Hotelkamer ruim genoeg voor 5 personen. De queensize bedden wel wat aan de smalle kant. Ontbijt is prima alleen wat hartig beleg zou prettig geweest zijn. Lekkage in badkamer gehad maar kwam meteen iemand kijken en we konden van kamers wisselen. 'Selene was an amazing and welcoming staff member. She made our check in really smooth and had a welcoming smile every time we came in. The room was nice, the shower and shower curtains could have looked cleaner. I appreciated having enough towels for the 3 day stay. Premises looked nice from the outside, unfortunately we did not have time to check out the pool area or gym.'

'There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen. '
