« Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. »

« Chambre impeccable »

« Good hôtel i come in this hôtel all the time when i come in Kromeriz »

« スタッフがきっちりテーブルセットすることが偉い »

« I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation...

« Super appartement that I do recommend to everyone Only a minor détail to know access to the room is a bit confusing cause on Czech only anyway with google translate everything went smooth! I do recommend 100% »

« Odeur de cuisine, de friture dans la chambre ++ très désagréable, tentative de camoufler avec plein de désodorisants dans la chambre mais finalement mélange d’odeur aussi désagréable… »

« Room: Strange room design. Missing free water and tea/coffee with boiler in the room. Street noisy during the night (drunk screaming people + racing cars) Staff: Some of the staff are unfriendly, rude Spa: Good spa equipment, however only one hour is allowed per guest per day. Not enough to discover/enjoy it. Flip flops not provided (only an expensive gummy pair with logo of the hotel are available for 19€) Conclusion: Hotel that might have potential but quality of services are not the one...
