'We always stay here before our trips because it’s very close to the airport. We love the hotel because it’s quiet, clean, and the staff is usually very friendly. However, this time the front desk didn’t seem very approachable—maybe because it was busy. The rest of the staff was very friendly, though. Just a heads-up: the only restaurant on-site was closed on Sunday. We called a pizzeria to order for delivery, and we had to wait 2’hours for the food.'

'De kamer, de haciënda en alles eromheen was prachtig. Wifi en airco werkten naar behoren. Het ontbijt was gewoon in één woord fantastisch. Personeel was minder hartelijk dan dat ik van andere hotels en locaties in Mexico gewend ben. De mevrouw die in aan de grill staat tijdens ontbijt (helaas naam vergeten) was ontzettend aardig en het was een genot haar toe te zien hoe ze van alles klaar maakte. Ook al was het personeel wat koeler raad ik dit hotel aan.'
