'Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.'

'Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.'

'Tussen het hotel en de luchthaven (letterlijk aan de overkant van de straat) lopen mensen die zich voordoen als hotel security, de bagage trolley overnemen en dan hoge fooi eisen, ondersteund door andere mensen die zich voordoen als hotel staf. 'Goed hotel dichtbij winkels en restaurants. Voor drie personen kregen we een tweepersoonskamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een extra bed waardoor de kamer wel klein werd. Vriendelijk personeel dat bereid is om extra informatie te geven.'
