'Pros - warm welcome (free drink), good communications, great location, cosy room and comfy bed, fantastic breakfast Cons - in busy times parking in square might be tricky, little bit of tlc needed (broken tiles, chips on corner of walls)'

'Runa farm was excellent the cottage was amazing we had a lovely Xmas dinner with all our family I added an extra basic room before checkin , which was upgraded to a room right next to the cottage with Jacuzzi. Was a very nice treat from runa farm which made our stay even better will be booking next year definitely '

'Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.'

'This was our 2nd stay. Staff friendly room was great. Rooms nice and warm on a cold December night looking out over market square. Staff great so honest I lost my ring and it was found in the room. I was so grateful the ring was so sentimental to me. I emailed the owner Jon and he replied straight away. I will definitely stay here again.'

'The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B '
