'There are roaches at this property'

'This was the most disgusting, dirty room I have stayed in in a very long time. Black mold in the toilet, shaving cream or something blue on the shower walls, trash under the bed and stains on the comforter. And the remote was so dirty and sticky. I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...

'I’ve been visiting the Chateau for several years now. The most basic room gets things done. The room’s light is somewhat dim, and there is usually a chair for a visitor to sit. 'Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.'

'Great location. Clean, Neat, and Very Nice.'

'We really liked the property and our room. We had a 2nd bedroom upstairs with it's own bathroom so our teens had their privacy and so did we. Eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice,...

'Overall, the room was fine. The bed was a little hard and the TV picture quality was mediocre. Logging into the WI-FI was not very intuitive— had to call the front desk for assistance. Good shower, with shampoo and conditioner provided. The breakfast wasn’t much, just make-your-own waffles, mini muffins and breakfast burritos you heat up in the microwave. They let us check in early, which was helpful.'

'Clean room and helpful employees.'
