'I booked a getaway from home to enjoy a summer day at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel for the spa and location. Upon arriving the spa was under maintenance and not able to use. The whole time I thought I’d be able to relax while my kids could swim and unfortunately I was not able to. Lastly, in the morning our lights went out early morning. We were not able to shower or get ready upon leaving. We did not hear anything from the staff for apologies. Our family night now was not...

'Not sure where to start. The kiddie pool was being cold. It was too frigid for the boys to play in. However, the pool for the slide (which you can’t play in), the water was fine. The water was too cold for the big pool also. The next issue was that the resort just wasn’t clean and updated. We walked around the room in slides and flip flops because the carpet looked filthy and the chair in the room was dirty. I actually had to stop my Grandson from picking up some trash that was next to the bed...
