On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub, and a covered terrace (20 m2). There is also a laundry/storage room and a WC. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while one has two single beds. The first floor disposes also of two balconies with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

The garden is completely fenced. WiFi available free of charge. Another bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor and can be reached from the outside. For exploring the marine life of Istria, you will find a diving centre in Sv. Marina.
