The location was excellent - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as the UIUC campus. Staff was very friendly. »

« Amazing staff, very responsive. Room was spotless, and in great repair. All the staff were friendly, even the cook came out and greeted us at breakfast. And breakfast was delicious. The one detractor was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. On a cold winter evening after a long-distance drive, my daughter and I were really looking forward to soaking in the indoor jacuzzi, an amenity that should be kept open and in good repair.
