Villa's in Rancho Mirage

'Poorly ran and a dangerous place to stay! For a VRBO, there were no extra linens, and only 6 towels for 2 of us for 12 days, 2 rolls of TP, cat crap in the gravel garden space, cabinet doors that opened into the way of ceiling fan blades, fridge door that opens the wrong way, landscape crew that starts work at 7:30am & wakes U up during vacation and leaves the cuttings and debris in front the door and walkway for an hour and a half or more (we finally left before it got cleaned up) The coffee...

'Property and Location was spacious. Carol, our host met with me at property.She became frustrated with me when explaining how to turn on lazy river. This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. Although there were more than one jacuzzis, not all of them worked (3of them). Game room had some non-working games. One game needed quarters to be used. Bikes on property all...

'Disappointed there was no jetted tub. Also my husband reached for a towel on the towel rack below the sink, and the entire rack came off sending him falling to the floor. He is having back surgery in one week and this made his pain worse! '
