'This was the most unclean outdated Hilton hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled of wet dog, and the air did not work. When entering the restroom, we were meet with a large cockroach. If it was not so late, we would have left there ASAP but they were willing to a least move us to another room off the ground level.'

'We only stayed one night at the property but we had a great experience. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. They also upgraded us without us asking and put us in an amazing suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to Raleigh moving forward!'

'I usually book directly with Hotels. I used Expedia , On arrival the king bed was so squeaky I had to go to the desk to request a room change, They advised that since I booked through 3rd party this was the only room class I coud stay in. There was a similar room adjoining mine, I was assigned a key to that room, Bed was in same Very Squeaky condition I returned to the front desk.,,,,,. The woman on duty apologized. I asked what we can do, She again advised I booked third party and could not...

'Anjana at the front desk was wonderful. Always smiling, cheerful & helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to eat & drink.'

'This was a great option for my family when visiting our son for NC State's family weekend. We will be back!'

'The staff are doing their best. The management has a lot to do. The entrance door and the one that leads to the rooms are open 24hrs to anyone. They are supposed to be locked after 12 midnight to be accessed only by guest staying at the hotel. The bed is not stable and bathroom sink drain is blocked.'
