The Space:

Welcome to your spacious and inviting home-away-from-home in Durham! You'll love the open-concept living space, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The home is filled with character, from the salvaged barnwood floors to the elegant marble counters in the kitchen.



The main living area features a comfortable leather sofa and side rocking chairs, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. The pivoting Smart TV allows for a perfect viewing angle from anywhere in the room.



The home includes four comfortable queen bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, while a second full bathroom is easily accessible from the common area.



Our well-stocked kitchen includes:

• High-quality coffee with creamer and sugar

• Drip coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, blender, and hand mixer

• Filtered water, EV olive oil, and Himalayan Salt & Pepper grinders

• A full set of cookware and serving ware



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. This includes full access to the private, fully fenced-in backyard with a deck and table, the charming covered front porch with its cushioned seating and relaxing hammock chairs, and the in-unit washer and dryer. You will have a private entrance and can self-check-in upon arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The house is 7/10ths of a mile from the DIY District including Motorco, Geer St Garden, Fullsteam Brewery and Cocoa Cinnamon. It's also an easy trip to Duke, RTP, the downtown Farmer's Market, & many local (and delicious) restaurants/cafes & local bars/breweries. The house is in an urban, income diverse neighborhood. Our home next door on Alston Ave also serves as a Vacation Rental with a gate connecting the two yards, "| Modern Open Bright | Spacious + Clean Aesthetic"



Getting Around:

The house is very easy to access and is a short drive to downtown, NC147, I85 and Durham's main thoroughfares. If you're taking a bus, there are many bus lines that should easily drop you off very close to our house. Lyfts and Ubers are abundant in the area as well.



Other Things to Note:

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For your convenience, we provide:

• Entertainment: A Smart TV with access to our Netflix account, YouTubeTV (for live and on-demand shows), and the ability to log into your own Amazon or Hulu accounts.

• Toiletries: Quality Moroccan Oil Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, plus hand soap and a hair dryer in each bathroom.

• Household Supplies: Dish soap, a starter supply of dishwasher pods, and 'free & clear' laundry detergent are provided so you can pack light.

• Allergy-Friendly: To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we use only unscented detergents and cleaning supplies.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We live nearby and are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or issues during your stay. We will not be present at the property unless you need assistance.
