Holiday house Lake Constance on the outskirts of Radolfzell

Beautiful, detached family house with garden on the outskirts of Radolfzell on Lake Constance. The tastefully furnished house is located in a quiet residential area and has an idyllic garden with barbecue area.
On the approx. 70 square meter ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the open, bright living-dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen, which is separated by a counter, and also via a dishwasher and one Microwave oven.
There is a flat screen in the living room and in the bedroom. An easily accessible wooden staircase leads to the attic with sloping ceilings, where there are two further bedrooms with French double beds
and a children's room with a single bed is located.
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet is also in the attic.

The garden of the detached house is separated from the low-traffic side street by a high hedge. The garden has a nice barbecue area, garden furniture, a parasol and a sun lounger. The garden is accessible via several doors from the living and dining area. There are enough parking spaces on the street.

Supermarket, restaurants and the city center are nearby.

The lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Radolfzell is located on the A 81 motorway and has a train station. There are several beach baths in the immediate vicinity, the fantastic sauna area "Bora" is located directly on the lake shore of Radolfzell.

The adjacent Mettnau peninsula is partly a nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails and a wonderfully located beach café on the lakeshore. Wonderful destinations can be reached quickly. (Mainau Island, Constance City, the Hegauberge, the Affenberg in Salem, the stilt houses in Unteruhldingen, the waterfall in Stein am Rhein ...).
