"I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" "The location is amazing, close to main touristic attractions, very walkable and few meters from river broadwalk. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds (room with park view is recommended). The spa including sauna is lovely addition too. The hotel eco approach is very appreciated. The staff is very helpful and extremely kind, I would definitely return again!"
