Tenuta Margherita - Salento Reservation is a wonderful, newly built villa, able to guarantee a stay of complete relaxation without giving up any comfort, in a strategic position to reach all the most sought-after destinations in Salento, and capable of comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. Located in Racale, it is just 3 km from the sea at the Torre Suda marina, characterized by a low, easily accessible cliff where swimming is widely practiced, and a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
Holiday Home Tenuta Margherita consists of a kitchenette with dining table, chairs, and TV, a furnished living room with a relaxation area and two sofas – one of which is a double sofa bed – and two additional single beds, one air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower box, two bedrooms with three-quarter beds where an adult and a child up to ten years old can stay, each with en-suite bathroom and shower box, a laundry room, a covered equipped veranda with garden furniture and wood-fired barbecue; the outdoor area also includes a very convenient outdoor shower.
A large garden equipped with a covered dining area with fireplace, an additional dining or reading/relaxation area, and a play area equipped for the little ones;
Inside Tenuta Margherita, nothing is left to chance – everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
N.B.: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.
Camping cot available with a supplement of €35.00; Small four-legged friends are welcome with a small supplement of €35.00; Additional towel set €15.00 per person; Additional bed linen set €15.00 per person.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon client request and subject to acceptance, an additional fee is required:


for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra cost of €30.00;


for check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, an extra cost of €50.00;


for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon client request and subject to acceptance, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required. .
