'I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. A special thanks to Pande who looked after us so we'll always bringing his positive vibes and all the staff were great

'We travelled as a group of 13 with children, adults and seniors. Initially we were put in separate villa houses at the back of the property. This involved a walk down a back alley, where there were more locals and stray dogs.
We requested to be moved into the actual hotel as the walk was down a slope. they were kind enough to allow the switch. The in hotel 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas were amazing. Beautiful decor , amazing private pool. I would say the in hotel villas were much cleaner than...
