Hôtel près de R and G Lake (Denison)

« First off the pictures on the internet are nothing like what the place looks like or the rooms. The bed sheets and the covers had burn marks in them from cigarettes the bathtubs were not clean they had cigarette Burns all over them and there was black hair all in the tub... the faucets you had to put together to turn the water on they were corroded and nasty asked for a refund and he said there was no refund to be given that they don't do refunds... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.....

« Everything was perfect except disappointed in the pool . The pool was green and not visible to swim in. That was one of the main reason I booked with this hotel was seeing the pool on the website. »

« This hotel is old and not worth the nightly fee. The bathtub faucet leaked, the bath room floor tiles were loose and the floor had soft places in it. The shower head was not moveable and spayed the wall instead of straight down. The shower curtain did not fit the tub, allowing water to spay the wall next to the tub. While the room was clean, it smelled musty. »

« This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. We didn’t have toilet paper, but we always carry when we travel. There was 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us, but only 2 of us had showered. I’m sure...

« The property was clean and organized. But this hotel is on an older side. If you are looking for updated and very, very modern, this is not the place for you. However, friendly staff close to the water and all the basic necessities were there. I would definitely come back because this hotel was simple and affordable. Thank you for the hospitality. »

« The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room. No smoke detector only the wires hanging loose where one should be. The furniture was used and dirty with a burn whole in one of the seats. The...
