'The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!'

'Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. 'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.'

'Great place to stay in bricktown. It has an upscale feel and you have starbucks down in the lobby to keep the wife happy.'
