For Wyndham properties, I expected the hotel to be better overall compared to other Wyndham hotels I have stayed at. Everytime I called the front desk, no one answered. The bathroom ameneties and towels provided were poor quality. The AC was pointing in a completely different direction from the bedroom, so the bedroom was just not cooling down. Very limited breakfast option and expensive for the options they have - I would advise eating breakfast in Queenstown downtown rather than at the hotel. Very very limited parking - maybe like 12-15 spots for the entire hotel, which is not revealed in the hotel description unless you check-in. If you do not get a spot, you have to park in a Paid area for overnight parking which is free for only first 2 hours. No Laundry option that other hotels had while I stayed in NZ
