The Space

The renovation has elevated this apartment to a new standard. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is finished with contemporary furnishings and quality fittings throughout. Panoramic windows frame Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with sweeping views from the balcony and living area.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both have shower over bath.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with full kitchen (201a): refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, double drawer dishwasher, microwave, kettle.

Balcony: Private balcony with outdoor seating.

Bedroom 1 (201A): 1 King bed

Bedroom 2 (201B Studio): 1 King bed



Bed configuration:

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

The Jade Apartments (Pounamu complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 11 external stairs to apartment entrance; 4 internal stairs within Apartment 201A

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
