This apartment is perfectly located to explore all that Queenstown has to offer. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to view out of the lake.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with view out of the lake.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Full bathroom with standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric kettle, 2-slice toaster, and microwave.

Balcony: Yes, there is a small balcony with no furniture.

The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet room, centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No stairs, take elevator to 3rd floor

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
