Set over two storeys and built into the mountain side, Aspen Spa Views is where charm and luxury meet. Pair this with two balconies spanning the length of the house and wall to ceiling glass windows. Every inch of this home has been crafted to take advantage of the jaw dropping landscape.

Constructed to maximise light and views, the kitchen and living areas melt into one with a sparkling gourmet kitchen with a schist wall backdrop, leading into sleek and polished living and dining rooms. The crowning jewel of the living area is the vast panel glass door sliding open to the beautiful outdoor dining space, the perfect spot to soak in the scenery.

Kick back on the sun-drenched deck with outdoor furniture framed by uninterrupted lake and mountain views. Relax in the spa pool while the outdoor fire sets the perfect winter mood. A double lock up garage, complete with a ski locker means everything’s sorted – there is no carting luggage and ski equipment in from the street!

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

Named after its location, Aspen Spa Views is situated in the premium suburb of Aspen Grove – close to town, on the bus/ski route, catching all-year sun, bathing in truly spectacular views.

- Minimum age requirement: 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean.
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate.
- Residential use only – no parties or events. The property is for accommodation by registered Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated at the time of booking. It must not be used for parties, functions, or gatherings.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm – 8:00 am.
