- Access from the parking area to the chalet is via a gravel path with a few steps, which may be challenging for large suitcases and is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Our accommodation is made up of four private units on the same property:
- Two Apartments, this listing is the first of the two - both lower Level: Each with 2 bedrooms and their own entrance.
- The main house is on the top level - A spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home.
- Converted Garage (Right Side): A fully self-contained studio unit.
Each unit is separately accessed and fully self-contained, so you’ll have complete privacy during your stay. Outdoor spaces and parking areas are designed to give every group their own space. You may see other guests on the pathways from time to time.
The property adjoins a quiet public park where you’ll occasionally see a few local dog walkers.
Most guests find the home very quiet, though light sleepers may occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs house. We’ve added sound proofing as recommended by an acoustics engineer and provide white-noise machines in every bedroom for extra comfort.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm- 10:00pm unless pre-arranged with our team.
Check-out is by 10:00am.
We ask that the property is left in a tidy state. Unscheduled late check-outs or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
🚭 Smoking
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. If evidence of indoor smoking is found, a minimum $200 NZD fee will apply for deep cleaning.
🛠️ Damage, lost keys & callouts
We ask that you treat our home with care.
If any damage occurs, keys are lost, noise complaints arise or an unnecessary callout is required due to guest actions, we reserve the right to charge $60/hr for management time.
👉 Please note: Callouts required after 5:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will incur a higher fee of $120 p/h for management time.
👥 Guest Numbers & Age Requirement
The lead guest must be 25 years or older (ID may be requested) and present during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not meet the above requirements. The total number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation.
🐾 Pets
Pets are not permitted in our homes.
🔇 Noise
To respect our neighbours, we ask for quiet time between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Noise complaints may incur a minimum $100 NZD fee.
🎉 Parties & Gatherings
Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
🧹 During Your Stay
We appreciate guests leaving the property as they found it:
- Please do not rearrange furniture or remove items.
- Place rubbish in the appropriate bins.
- Place any dishes in the dishwasher and remove unwanted food.
- Leave keys in the lockbox upon departure.
- All linen is professionally hired, any missing or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.
