'We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Resort! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the hot pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Queenstown, especially in the cold weather. One tip for future guests: make sure to book your parking at the resort in advance to avoid disappointment. Since we overlooked the booking part, we had to...

'The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness.'

'Arrived at the Apartments and we got double booked, so they moved us to another Motel up the road which was a lot cheaper than I paid for. The Lake View was thus non-existent and there was no bath. I would not want to book with them again in fear that I would get bumped. They could of have at least offered me a partial credit.'

'Balcony was covered in bird poo and not usable. Triple room too small for a family of four. Quite expensive for what it was. Ground floor units look twice the size but weirdly less beds it seems. Could see how a ground floor unit with mooring would be amazing in summer if you have a boat, although the lake has limited beaches compared to Wanaka.'

'I will give this property 4 stars only due to its location. Won’t be staying there in future as money wise it’s not worth staying there. The staff at the counter were ok. ‘The person welcoming customers should always have a smile on their face’. The washroom flush tank making water sound all the time, the room underneath we living in has some renovation works going making noise which does spoils my mood. I won’t be booking this property ever again. 4/10'
