Amaroo is a stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse designed for relaxed holiday living. With two separate living areas, it’s perfect for families or groups. The front lounge features a flat-screen TV and Wii—ideal for kids or the young at heart.

At the rear, an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space flows seamlessly to a stunning alfresco area. A contemporary gas pebble fire adds ambience, while reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. The overall feel is modern, yet warm and inviting.

The alfresco area is a standout, complete with a plumbed gas BBQ, extraction fan, and outdoor heating—perfect for entertaining in any season.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility. The main bedroom includes a king bed, TV, ample storage, and a sleek ensuite with walk in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three is ideal for families, featuring a trio bunk (double below, single above) plus a standard bunk—sleeping up to nine guests in total (top bunks suitable for children only).

Amaroo is located near Swan Bay, just 4km from Queenscliff’s town centre. Enjoy easy access to the Bellarine Rail Trail, nearby beaches, and a local milk bar, all within a short stroll.

Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Gas pebble fireplace is for ambience only; heating is provided by reverse-cycle air conditioning.
Key collection is in Queenscliff, a short drive away. Details will be emailed prior to arrival.
