Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The city of Quartu Sant’Elena is located in the southern part of the Campidano plain. It is the third-most populous municipality in the region, after Cagliari and Sassari. To best explore Quartu and its surroundings, we recommend traveling by car. The main beach is undoubtedly Poetto, which is both the city’s largest and most popular beach and is easily accessible by public transportation.
