« Rene was a stellar host who responded promptly and clearly to all inquiries and went above and beyond by driving us to a restaurant the evening we arrived as the traffic delayed our arrival until 9PM. Throughout our stay Rene ensured that any questions we had about the local area were thoughtfully answered. « Communication on VRBO system is slow and sometimes days go by without the manager receiving my messages and the responses are also slow and no matter when you send a message it always says sent now on the last message. This is a big problem »

« House was put under repair so they gave us another property. The new location the ceiling in one room leaked during the rain and under the kitchen cold wate supply line was also leaking. »

« My husband and I rented Villa Cariño near Antigua Guatemala. We had an incredible stay at this two-story home with a breathtaking view of the volcano, and accommodations for a big family. The private heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the gated community made us feel secure and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless, and we even got to meet them upon arrival. « We had a wonderful time visiting Guatemala. This house was perfect for our group. The host was very responsive and Dona was amazing as well. She helped clean and helped with the laundry and was so friendly. There is a nice grocery store within walking distance, the house was as described and the view was awesome. Will definitely be back. »
