'I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly.'

'I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

'The television-related technology was totally messed up and, despite my personal appeals, were never resolved.
My room was never cleaned!! The hotel management blamed "an Expedia glitch". I demanded a refund and hwas virtually dismissed.
Now, I am left to only tell everyone I know planning to visit coastal Maine to never stay, a waste of good money, at the Kennebunk Hampton Inn.'

'The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.'
