'Right as you walked in the room it smelled of wet dog. The tub was durty we had no hand soap or wash cloths. The next day the had some kind of party right next to us load at 9 o'clock we ask for a new room . They had no problem giving us one and that was vary nice of them.'

'Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. '

'I appreciate having a handicap bathroom. The tub had a teak folding bench which was hard to put down and close the shower curtain, too. The tub surface was very slippery so I put a towel down to stand on in the shower. The valve was hard for me to set on warm without scalding or freezing but I figured it out.

Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a.
- to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke.
- could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed)
- yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location.
I wouldn’t stay there again.'

'Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. 'The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by.'

'We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!'

'An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags.
The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course.
Looking forward to returning!'

'Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.'

'My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.'
