'Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. 'breakfast was ok, they kept running out of food & utensils. coffee machine wasn't working. elevator buttons were very hard to push. ice machine only worked on 1 floor out of 4. ran out of hot water every morning. Hair was on bathroom floor. Exterior doors very dirty ... probably not cleaned in months. Hallway had dirt / trash on floor, elevators not clean. I won't stay there again. owned by foreigner and they are just milking the property.'

'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed.
Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren.
Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock'
