'Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor.
I will highly recommend Seda Makati and am eager to stay in the other locations on my next visits. It was a wonderful “soft landing” from overseas before visiting with family south of Makati.'

They left a pair of underpants from the previous guest hanging in our bathroom!
At morning breakfast, they played “the best of TikTok” music really loud at 7am. It was like sitting in an arcade. '

'A good and quiet appartment with the necessary needs. Its a big building with 60 floors and around 60 appartments per floor so it can be a little loud in the hallway. Depends on the neighbours. Some of the items in the room need to be fixed. I shared that with the owner who will take care of it.
The residence looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The elevator is a little warm because there is no airco inside I guess. The swimming pool is nice but more for kids because it is mostly...
