'The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. The shuttle service was also handy. We booked 2 king bedrooms. The rooms were clean but quite basic. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. A noisy electricity box was located outside this room which kept us...

'Very good sized room with good separate area for sink/kettle/fridge etc. Great view. Room probably needing refurb soon in bathroom and a clean carpet. We were quite surprised breakfast and room cleaning wasn’t included in the price.'

'Leuk hotel op een prachtige plek. Het uitzicht over de baai en sydney is fenomenaal. De kamers zijn ruim en zeer comfortabel. Heerlijk bed! Ontbijt is goed met ruime keuze! Het hotel zit wel boven een druk restaurant. Zoek je rust? Misschien niet juiste hotel. Goed eten en gezelligheid dichtbij? Dan boeken!! Enige nadeel is dat snelste optie om met ov ergens te komen is met de ferry en de laatste gaat rond 16:00! Wel bushalte voor de deur die tot laat rijd! Heerlijke strandjes op loopafstand.'

'The property was just opposite the beach and a short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were helpful and the stay was peaceful and enjoyable.'

'Renovated Art Deco rooms, great shower, comfy bed, amazing location. Such a shame about the nightclub / band / loudmusic at night early mornings. Lift out of order. Guest balcony absolutely filthy.'

'There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.'

'Apartment smelt strongly of chlorine on arrival. Pillows are the worst quality and the cheapest. Some furniture are better suited in the hard rubbish. Wifi very slow and useless '

'The staff at the retreat were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room itself could have been cleaner, and it felt a bit run‑down with marks, scratches, stains, and general wear and tear that hadn’t been fixed. We had dinner at the Me‑Gal Restaurant and everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress, Iman, was lovely, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. The buffet breakfast, however, wasn’t as good and the staff there weren’t as friendly, though it was still fine...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.'
